WHAT IS HMR: HMR is a research based meal replacement weight program (with outside meal options). HMR patients lose and keep off significantly more weight than other weight programs in the industry. WEIGHT LOSS: Weight loss amounts vary but average weight loss is 50-70 lbs. for men and 40-60 lbs. for women at 22 weeks.

Frequent check-ups allow us to monitor your health and maximize your well-being.

MAINTENANCE: After successfully reaching your weight loss goal, you will begin a maintenance program to help learn skills to keep the weight off. A study of 100 St. Jude HMR patients found that patients are keeping off 5 times more weight than other weight programs in the industry after 2 years!
