  • oday & nurse practioners are great & all staff are terrific!
Would've like a little more time reviewing my medical history.
    Thorough, personable, and gentle.
The doctor seemed to be very kind and good at actively listening. However, I felt rushed when she kept on receiving calls from the hospital and she seemed rushed to wrap things up with me. I can understand her busy schedule, but I didn't feel comfortable asking my questions because she had to leave to attend to her calls. I waited a long time for the appointment because of the doctors availability and my availability and had to take off of work. I called the doctor's office after receiving results on the culture and asked why I'm continuing to experience symptoms. The nurse or assistant I spoke to said the doctor was busy seeing other patients and would get back to me. However, I have never received a call back. Even though she seems like a very kind doctor, I'm going to go to a different provider because I want to make sure I'm receiving care from a provider who can attend and assist with helping understand why I'm experiencing the symptoms I have.
Excellent experience. Dr was not rushed and took time to review the appt verbally and with written information. Addressed all my concerns and provided information and RX to address my issues.
