If you would like to ask your doctor a medical question online, you can use iHealth‘s Online Consultation service. Questions you might ask through Online Consultation include:

• Asking for advice about your current medical situation
• Gathering information about treatment options
• Reviewing test results with suggestions for further evaluation or therapy
• Monitoring treatment of a medical condition in place of an office visit

If your doctor can take care of your problem with an Online Consultation, a fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card. If your doctor can‘t address your question online, you‘ll be asked to make an office appointment and no fee will be charged.
