We ask that you pay all applicable co-payments at the time of your visit. You will receive a bill if you have deductibles, or if a service that was provided is not covered under your health plan. If you are without insurance coverage, please pay for services at the time of your office visit. If you have no health insurance and are low income, you may qualify for our Financial Assistance program. Arrangements for financial assistance must be made in advance of receiving care.
