We specialize in quality healthcare for seniors and those with chronic health conditions. In fact, many of our doctors are highly trained to provide medical care for patients as they age. We focus on keeping our patients healthy by concentrating on the early detection and treatment of disease. We also partner with our patients to achieve good management of chronic health conditions. Our
Center for Health Promotion offers classes and counseling to assist our patients in staying healthy. Our affiliation with St. Joseph Hospital of Orange provides you with the highest quality hospital care should the need arise.
For added convenience, we partner with a number of health plans and insurance companies. In addition to accepting the following Medicare Advantage plans (senior HMOs), we are also providers for Medicare and Medicare supplement plans.

St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare Senior Savers Club
