If you have an HMO or EPO, just call your health plan and ask to change to one of our physicians. The number to call is on the back of your health plan card. For your convenience, we have an open access policy among all of our physicians. This means that you can make an appointment with any physician in our group that you wish to see, regardless of which St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group doctor you originally signed up with. You may access our Urgent Care Center at any time.

If you have a PPO or POS health plan just make an appointment with any physician you choose, or come in and access our Urgent Care Center at any time.
