St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group was founded in 1964 as Yorba Park Medical Group, but in 1999 we changed our name to reflect our affiliation with St. Joseph Hospital. We are a primary care medical group of approximately 35 physicians, with a referral panel of over 200 other health care professionals and specialists. And we contract with a large number of health plans to serve your needs.
With three locations in Central Orange County, you'll find we offer you and your family extraordinary convenience. Each of our one-stop locations places an emphasis on family-centered medicine, with physicians specializing in family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. Additionally, we offer an on-site laboratory, x-ray services, mammograms, a diagnostic testing center, health education services and much more. And to meet your urgent healthcare needs when the unexpected happens, we have an Urgent Care Center with weekday, weekend and holiday hours.
